CCP hires former bank economist to ‘legitimize’ EVE Frontier’s in-game economy

EVE Online developer CCP Games has brought on Icelandic economist Stefán Þórarinsson to serve as its new head of economy.

Þórarinsson will help the studio "refine and legitimize" in-game player economies for its space survival game, EVE Frontier, and ensure the system "operate with the same diligence and analysis applied to real-world economies."

Popular indie FPS Fortune’s Run won’t be seeing any updates for a while–about three years, to be precise, as that’s how long its sole developer, known only as Dizzie, will be spending behind bars.

CoD- Warzone And MW3 Patch Notes Include More Buffs For MW2 Weapons

A small update has arrived to both Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone. The patch notes reveal buffs for several Modern Warfare 2 weapons. Other small changes include spawn adjustments for Shipment map variants in multiplayer and improvements for challenges in Warzone.
